I have 2 valuable domain names registered on XiDomains, and well, guess what I’m getting out of that not so popular domain name registrar? Nothing. Actually something, but that is crap. Since yesterday Morning (Philippine Time) my ticket on file was pending, and is still pending until now, I wonder if they really have that many visitors members, rather, to just keep me hanging until now?
I recently visited their crappy page, noticed it redesign just this very day (coincidence, huh) and displaying a very big banner that says “Buy DNS Management” WTF?! Since when does a TLD doesn’t come with DNS Management? That must be something crappy new! Guess what guys, my ticket is still pending until now (its 10:30AM now, I started this post somewhere at 4AM and fell asleep), what wonders me is, as I have added .99 funds to my account there (it needs manual approval) they where able to approve me immediately, but they are unable to respond to the 3 tickets that I have left them. Quiet crappy huh?
Not only that, since my funds are in my account, I am unable to login to the DNS Manager for some reason that I don’t know why. Hell what’s going on with that company? It’s quiet smelling fishy down here, I badly need to get those domain away from there, better spend a few bucks rather than continually having problems with that freaking domain register and that company at large.
A few lessons that I have learned though, never register a domain name with your host, because the domain will be stuck there for most likely forever, until it expires. And another one, I’ve learned that ComputingHost, XiDomains, XiSupport and the whole Xisto Coorporation sucks totally, and I mean that.
