After waiting for more than 48 hours for a respond to any of my tickets that I have left. I decided to contat their support then. Hell crappy 24/7 support that they have, do you agree?
So, now here it goes. I went to XiSupport and opened a support live chat window, luckily someone was online that time. But, even with that person online, it didn’t help me any further.
